Exchanges and Returns
Because all of our merchandise is printed to order, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges due to customer error. Please refer to the size chart on each shirt page before selecting your size. Also, please double check your cart's contents prior to making your purchase. Please check to make sure the shipping and billing addresses are correct. Refunds are not available.
If Harris Walz Merch makes an error, we will do what it takes to make it right as long as you inform us of the error and provide pictures within 5 days of receipt.
Damaged Products:
Damaged products may be exchanged within 5 days of receipt. Please note that all products are inspected before shipping. Please contact customer service to process your exchange for damaged products with a description and a picture of the problem.
